Our price guarantee
Our retail prices are guaranteed from January through November to offer you the best value and the time necessary to make your purchase decision. We don’t hold sales to give you a false sense of savings.

In stock and ready for delivery
Many of our furniture items are in stock and ready for delivery. We also offer additional choices through custom options that allow you to create furniture that’s unique to your style—however, these special order items do require extra time.

Your satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind everything we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or your experience, we will work hard to try to make it right.

Returns/exchanges

A full refund or credit will be issued for a standard item (which does not include custom orders or clearance sale items) at the time of return with a valid receipt when it is returned in its original condition within fourteen days of purchase. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt, gift receipt or packing slip. Returns, order cancellations or changes on special orders will result in a restocking fee. Keep in mind, returns on shipped orders will incur return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are not refundable. If you paid by credit card, you will receive a credit to the card you used. Orders paid by cash or check will receive a refund check. Please note: damage or wear to merchandise may result in an adjustment to your final refund.
